We accept order cancellation only if the order has not been dispatched yet. Please email us at help@thenativeangadi.in for any cancellations.
Products are not eligible for return or exchange other than the scenario where the products are damaged in transit or incorrect/damaged products have been shipped. In that case, kindly contact our customer care at help@thenativeangadi.in within 48 hours upon receiving the product with the order details and attaching the images of wrongfully delivered or defective item/s. Our customer care team will look into the matter and revert within 24 working hours.
Please note, returns and exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
Refund will be initiated within 48 hours of acknowledgment of an issue. It will be processed to the original payment source except COD. In case of COD, our team will contact you for your bank account details in which the amount can be credited.
